Movies and Wandering Around

We might as well start posting our first ever expedition post. So here we go.

Alyanna turned 16 last July 3! *cue confetti's*. Yep, we celebrated her birthday and enjoyed every bit of it. And no, she didn't threw a fancy party where the dress code was black tie and the food was catered with a live band and fireworks in the end (Ha! Nana wishes).

Most barkada birthday celebrations always involve watching a movie. We got a chance to watch a Filipino motion picture entitled The Breakup Playlist. 

It was quite funny. We actually didn't have a choice 'cause most the movies playing needed a background check of the movie or we weren't just interested. 

We sacrificed our way through the movie with their cliche scenes and cheesy jokes but the thing we loved about the movie was their soundtrack. We even had the case of Last Song Syndrome from one of the songs in the movie.

Then we walked around the city and spotted some cool street art:

note: nevermind the ground and the presence of small puddles cause the weather was cloudy. Just appreciate the work and effort of art, man.

By the end of the day, life will never be boring with the help of friends. No matter how ludicrous it can get.
